This document governs your use of the LastCallFood Customer Application. By downloading or utilizing the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible.
2. Privacy Policy & Data Collection
We collect and process personal data to provide our services. By using the Application, you consent to the collection of:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number (via Phone Auth) for account creation and communication.
- Location Data: We access your device's location (with your permission) to show nearby restaurants with available food bags and to calculate distance and pickup directions.
- Order & Transaction Data: Details of your reservations, purchases, pickup history, and payment-related metadata to facilitate and record transactions.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app performance and troubleshooting.
- Usage Data: Interaction patterns within the app (e.g., searches, favorites, browsing history) to improve recommendations and user experience.
3. Data Storage and Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies. Your data is stored and processed using:
- Google Play Services (Core functionality)
- Firebase Authentication (Secure login)
- Cloud Firestore (Database for user, order, and store data)
- Firebase Storage (Hosting for store and food bag images)
- Firebase Crashlytics (Improving app stability)
- Payment Processors (If applicable — for processing transactions securely)
4. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to:
- Display nearby participating restaurants and available food bags.
- Process and manage your reservations and orders.
- Send notifications about order status, offers, and updates.
- Improve the Application through analytics and crash reporting.
- Provide customer support.
5. User Responsibilities
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials. We advise against "jailbreaking" or "rooting" your phone, as it may compromise security and app functionality.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate personal and contact details.
- Fair Use: You agree to pick up reserved food bags within the designated time window. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.
6. AI Technologies
The Application incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to personalize recommendations, optimize search results, and improve overall user experience. By using the Application, you acknowledge that AI may be used to analyze trends or assist in service delivery.
7. Service Charges & Connectivity
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services. Any charges will be clearly communicated before purchase. You are responsible for any data charges incurred from your mobile network provider while using the Application.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies for reserved food bags are subject to the terms displayed at the time of reservation. The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes between customers and restaurants.
9. Termination
The Service Provider may cease providing the Application or terminate your access at any time without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ends, and you must delete it from your device.

We may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes are effective once posted within the Application or on this page.
